農機生產線,農機流水線,旋根(gen)機生產線一般(ban)包括農機總裝線農機部裝(zhuang)線和農機包(bao)裝線。 

農機生產線,農機流水線,旋根機生產線構(gou)造(zao)：線體主(zhu)體(ti)為鋼(gang)結構件(jian)，采用(yong)組(zu)合裝配(pei)形(xing)式(shi)。

總裝線由(you)裝配台(tai)1、板鏈輸送(song)線、升降機、裝配台(tai)2、下(xia)線斜坡(po)道組成(cheng)（詳(xiang)見微耕機總裝線平麵布置圖），板鏈輸送(song)線輸送采用雙節距單側彎板鏈拖動鏈板作連續運行。線體兩(liang)邊用鋼板封罩(zhao)。 

農機生產線,農機流水線,旋根機生產線可配置(zhi)頂(ding)蓬(peng)、照(zhao)明、風(feng)扇(shan)等係統(tong)。 部裝線基本構造：主體材料(liao)為鋼結(jie)構件，采用組合(he)裝配形式，中間為雙流道(dao)無動(dong)力手推輸(shu)送線。無(wu)動力(li)輸送線體分上(shang)、下兩層，上層(ceng)采用雙流道無動力手推傳送PVC工裝板輸送線，下層為雙流道無動力手推(tui)PVC工(gong)裝板返(fan)回(hui)線(靠(kao)自由落(luo)差、人工輔(fu)助(zhu)返回上線端)。

農機生產線,農機流水線,旋根機生產線兩邊(bian)可設置獨立工桌(zhuo)台 。全線可(ke)配置頂蓬、照明、風扇等係(xi)統。 包裝線構造，主體為(wei)鋼結構件，線體采用組合裝配形式。輸送采用無動力鍍鋅滾(gun)筒(tong)輸送工件。全線一般無頂蓬、照明、風扇等係(xi)統。包裝線的打包機由需方負責(ze)購買、安(an)裝。性(xing)能參數(shu)具(ju)體資料因(yin)為每個(ge)廠(chang)家的(de)要求(qiu)，場地布置等(deng)不同(tong)而不同。一般我(wo)們(men)工程師將根據(ju)每個客戶提(ti)出的工藝要(yao)求來(lai)設計(ji)。

The general assembly line is composed of assembly platform 1, plate chain conveyor line, elevator, assembly platform 2 and downline ramp (see the general assembly line layout of micro cultivator for details). The plate chain conveyor line adopts double pitch single side bending plate chain to drive the chain plate for continuous operation. Both sides of the line body are sealed with steel plates.
